• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Licensing

Our services are provided on a subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees
• Licenses are issued per user and are non-transferable
• Subscriptions are billed annually unless otherwise specified
• Additional licenses purchased mid-cycle are pro-rated

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the services
• Resell or redistribute the services without authorization
• Use the services to send spam or malicious content

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of GWS Toolbox are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Data Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of data as described therein.

8. Third-Party Services

Our services integrate with Google Workspace and other third-party services. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
